Books, videos, and journals written from the inside of a life — for women who are paying attention to theirs.

I came to this work not through ambition but through necessity. The books I needed in the hardest seasons of my motherhood did not exist, so I wrote them. The calm I couldn't find anywhere else at two in the morning, I learned to make myself — and eventually, to make for other people too. The journal that could hold a woman through the identity shift no one warns her about, I designed because I went looking for it and came up empty.

My first book began with a baby who would not stop crying and a diagnosis that took months to name. My second began the morning I reached for myself and found the signal faint. What followed was not a single project but three, running in parallel: books, a home for slow videos, and a line of guided journals — all built at the same intersection of motherhood, identity, and conscious living, on the conviction that the most significant things a woman learns about herself, she learns through the seasons that ask the most of her.

I write and design with the directness of someone who has no interest in the polished version, and the warmth of someone who has been exactly where her reader is standing. I am a mother of three and I homeschool them. I believe, with the particular certainty that only lived experience produces, that losing yourself in any of these seasons is not the end of the story. It is, if you are paying attention, the beginning of the most important one.

The Books — From the Inside

From the Inside is a six-book series written across six chapters of conscious motherhood. Each book stands alone; together they tell one continuous story. You can begin anywhere.

  • Silent Reflux in BabiesFor the mother whose baby is in pain and whose instincts have been dismissed — the honest, practical guide to silent reflux and how to advocate for your child inside a medical system that doesn't always listen.
  • I Found Myself LastFor the mother who gave everything and, somewhere in the giving, lost the thread back to herself.
  • You Can HomeschoolFor the mother who has been carrying the idea quietly, looking for the language to hold her decision steady.
  • Nobody Told MeThe honest book about motherhood, marriage, and the things we were never warned about.
  • The Everyday SchoolFor the homeschooling mother building an education around her real days, not the idealized ones.
  • Conscious MotherThe capstone of the series — what all six chapters were building toward.

On YouTube

I also make slow, quiet video content — the kind that's designed to be listened to as much as watched. It all lives on one channel, Calm Cove.

Calm Cove is a home for anyone who needs help slowing down: long-form harp lullabies layered with the soft sound of a purring cat and watercolor visuals for babies (and the parents trying to get them, and themselves, to sleep), alongside paced-breathing timers, affirmations, and calm-down content for anxiety, racing thoughts, and the kind of days that don't leave room to fall apart. It all comes from the same place the books do: the belief that rest is not indulgent, it's structural.

The Worth Keeping Journals

Alongside the books, I design a line of guided journals under the Worth Keeping name — available on Amazon. These aren't planners. They're inner-work practices: seven-move guided journeys through identity, matrescence, and the seasons that quietly change who you are, built for anyone standing at a threshold and wondering who they'll decide to become on the other side of it.

The line includes Still Her (the motherhood rebrand journal, for reclaiming the woman inside the mother), Rebrand (the New Year identity-shift journal), the New Era milestone-birthday journals for any decade you're stepping into on purpose, and companion journals for the wider family — a new father's prayer journal, a grandmother's keepsake journal, and a first-year motherhood diary.
